Deploy to different environments

I created the CI/CD pipeline using the manual https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/aspire/deployment/azure/aca-deployment-github-actions?tabs=windows&pivots=github-actions

Now I'm looking for guidance on how to setup a deployment pipeline to multiple environments (e.g. accept & prod). Is there some documentation available?

If I'm reading that right, you have to create different branches for different deployments?

I was presuming you could use the same workflow for say test & production by azd env select <env> much like we do from the command line.
