How to draw a Picker?

Is it feasible to draw a picker?

Currently I am migrating Xamarin.Forms views to SkiaSharp, but am getting stuck on pickers.

Ideas:

• The main picker area is the current selected item, and when the picker is selected for changing, a drop-down menu is drawn, by giving the picker drawer the right to draw outside its main UI size. If the menu goes below the window outside the drawn part of the window, it just gets cut off.
• There is a native part which positions a native menu in just the right position over the drawn area.

Either of these feasible, or any other ideas?
