Maui MVVM and Comet on a Mac

I use a Mac exclusively. I do not own, nor do I want to own a Windows computer.

I’ve tried running a windows VM using parallels and the experience is less than desirable.

I need a way to work on converting a xamarin forms application into .Net Maui using my Mac.

I can write the code and compile it on my Mac and I can run it, however I need a way to debug.

Is it possible to use Comet and the VS Code extension to run/debug a .net Maui application that uses MVVM on a Mac?

At this time, I do not want to re-write all of my code using the MVU pattern.
