Add FluentMenuProvider where applicable

While running through the workshop some people hit: microsoft/fluentui-blazor#2646

Where applicable we need to add this change to the sample code to avoid the app throwing errors for this breaking change. Saw this in Part 5/6 might already occur earlier.
