CoreWiFi patches cause slowdowns on macOS 15.0 and later

Confirmed by multiple people now, the issue with CoreWiFi dylibs being injected into the shell is not the extent of the problem.

WiFi patches are being injected into every process in the system, even processes that don't have anything to do with networking at all.

I don't have the numbers for how much of a slowdown it causes, but it's noticeable on the following devices I tested:

• MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
• Mac mini (Late 2014)
• MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016)
• MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)
