Docker compose up goes into infinite build loop

Just like the title says, I cloned the github repo to ~/mcp-memory-service, cd ~/mcp-memory-service, docker-compose up -d, then it just keeps downloading and installing the same things over and over. Have to delete the image to get it to stop.
