Having the same error Seems to be an issue of Python 3.13 - imghdr was removed from Python 3.13 https://docs.python.org/3/library/imghdr.html |
has somebody solved this? |
I have created a pull request with changes aiming to replace imghdr #946 |
Fix works well for me, also using Fedora 41 |
Had to add the stuff locally to the source but fix works |

install python-deadlib for remove the error |
Blender and OS versions

Describe the bug
When trying to install BlenderGIS v2.2.10 or v2.2.9 i receive an error: "No module named 'imghdr'".
According to https://peps.python.org/pep-0594/#imghdr it is deprecated.
Installing standard-imghdr using pip install standard-imghdr did not solve the problem.
