api down? everthying as returning the error: " 'NoneType' object is not iterable "

im trying to run some bots why this modules and every return the error 'NoneType' object is not iterable

using python 3.11.0
discord.py==1.7.3 and discord.py-self

The error ocurrs when im trying to start the bot:

Is a bug from the Library, it was reported and fixed here is the issue: #791
