Voice Messages

Hey guys is it possible to send voice messages in discord.py-self?

I can't find it anywhere in the documentation.

If it's not added, would it be possible to add it or not?

Anything can be added if someone PRs it :)
Realistically this will make it way to upstream eventually so it'll be added whenever I pull that again.
