list members by role

currently, im trying to make a command that will allow me to list the members that have a certain role. it works, however it doesnt show all of the members? at first i thought it was just showing online member, but no it just shows seemingly random assortment of memebers from said role. example i have is running it on a mod role in a server i am a part of and it only shows 3 out of the 5 users. i tried it once more on a different role, and it showed only 5 out of 20 members. this is my code.

For user accounts, members are not reliably cached. If you have chunk_guilds_at_startup set to True, the library tries to fetch members and parse member events for as many guilds as possible, but that doesn't work for all of them. If you have manage roles, kick, or ban perms, you can fetch all members with guild.fetch_members(). Alternatively, you can fetch up to 100 members for a given role (without perms) with role.fetch_members().
