Alts getting disabled at 00:00 UTC

earlier it wirked fine when i used it in repl.it, i just sent messages
now it discord disbales my alt everytime i use it
tried making alts with vpn too

Yep, it's definitely your host. Replit isn't a good place to run code like yours, and discord bots in general, as IPs are shared and a lot of people attempt malicious things. You should look into getting your own VPS, they're usually pretty cheap (3.5 eur type), I recommend https://hetzner.com (don't buy replit premium though, if you're having trouble affording things, you can look into applying for the GitHub student pack)

You can use comments to reply to an answer, instead of posting a new answer. And yeah, changing your host to a VPS/selfhosting would be better

Can't be sure, your code might be spamming the API too much or otherwise be alerting discord.
