How do I receive streamed audio from a VC?

Recording audio is only present in pycord, I believe. There's a PR for nextcord/nextcord#224, and an issue about it in Rapptz#444

Is this receiving audio through a stream supported in discord.py-self? I see no commits which contain the word audio in them, so I'm not sure if this has been implemented.
