Nevermind, I forgot to put 'self_bot = True'

I suspect you're using Replit, because replit ignores any package/lib that's called discord and downloads discord.py the original library, that suspicion is due to the fact that you said you "forgot to add self_bot = True", however self_bot is not needed in order for the bot to run. If my suspicion was correct, you can try uninstalling discord.py on replit's startup and installing discord.py-self with poetry, you can find more support at Replit's Discord Server. If my suspicion was wrong, I think you should try uninstalling discord.py if you haven't already, and reinstalling discord.py-self, and only then you wouldn't need self_bot = True in order for the bot to work.
