Share equations/methodology for Temperature values?

Hello! Could you please share the equation (or the method you used) to calculate Humidex, Simmer heat index (suumer) and the ¿muggy? temperature?

As far as if found, humidex should be: Humidex=T+0.5555×(e−10)

and Simmer heat index:
