send / receive data to / from Home Assistant

hello everyone,
I hope this is the right place for my question. I use octoprint with a smartphone and octo4a on Android. The data is sent to my smart home (Home Assistant) via mqtt.

• Smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro)
• octo4a OctoPrint on Android (Octoprint: 1.10.2)
• HomeAssistant Discovery for OctoPrint 3.7.0
• OctoPrint MQTT Plugin
• Spool Manager Version: 1.7.3

The weight of the currently used filament is measured and available in home assistant.

1. can I transfer the data from the plugin via the currently used filament (e.g. MQTT)?
2. can i replace the weight of the currently used filament with the value from home assistant?

Maybe someone has a similar setup and a solution. Many thanks.
