Can't upgrade to docker v4.7.2.0

Describe the bug
I recently upgraded from 4.5.x.x , running through the different docker tags making sure the upgrade went smooth. I was able to get v4.7.2.0 running on my unraid server. Moving to v4.7.3.0 or any other docker tag great is not working. No logs, no website, just doesn't work.

1. Run v4.7.2.0
2. Upgrade to docker tagged with v4.7.3.0
3. No website
4. No logs
