If I put my own signature and time server in the pro version, do I have to pay the .20 dollars per document?

Asking the same question in a different way.
So if I pay for the Pro on-premises license i get access to the additional features (logo, reminders, SSO, etc...) and would have to pay 0.2 per API signed or embedded document that is signed.

My question is:

1. Does this still apply if I bring my own Signing Certificate
2. If so, is there a way to not pay the 0.2 for documents that are internalized within the organisation, which don't need to be certified? If not I would probably end up needing to setup two instances (one for internal documents using Docuseal Free on-premises; and another Paid on-premises for 3rd party signing) due to the sheer volume

@PhatWheZ with Pro $0.2 fee applies to all API or embedding documents regarding of the certificate used. Yes for internal documents you might set up a separate non-Pro instance.

Seen in this way, I see no advantages with other commercial products, coming out too expensive for any company (large or small), I do not understand why using my own certificate I have to pay, but well I respect the business model. Thank you very much I will look for alternatives or I will make one

The comparisons i have done have pointed me to Docuseal for the ease of deployment and API feature using the free option. I would love to have the ability to make use of conditional logic and calculation (calculate days for example on the form from 2 date fields) and the ability to have reminders triggered for those internal documents.
The closest alternatives i have found are OpenSign and Documenso. Self-hosted OpenSign does not give you API functionality, and while Documenso is up and coming, the inputs are very constrained making it hard for me to digitize documents seamlessly.

I am in a situation where i have no choice but to find a self-hosted solution due to my countries regulations on data protection and data sovereignty, so my options become very limited irrespective of cost of the platform and use.

So my view at current, is that 2 instances of Docuseal are required for me. Free version with self-purchased AATL certificate for internal documents (such as S&T, Travel request, Asset movement, etc) with some magic frontend, to perform pre and post input processes. Then the Pro self-hosted version for a more seamless experience for users with the inclusion of reminders

In my case, my country requires that the certificate is acquired by certain entities, in that case my best alternative is opensign, with 3 licenses I can sign 1500 documents via API.

Anyway I think I will go with this one.

But that is now you using OpenSign Cloud hosted, not self hosted
