How to set up Doctrine for READ_WRITE mode with Redis as a locking mechanism?

I've been hitting my head a lot about this and I'm not able to make a proper lock region and cache factory to use the second layer's READ_WRITE mode. Did any of you guys implement this?
The file lock doesn't make sense when you have several containers running the same application :)
