Support OpenTelemetry with OTLP exporter #357
Description
Enable opentelemetry and OTLP exporter so that requests and responses are visible within a wider system, open telemetry integration would be great to have out of the box with standard environment variables for configuration.
fastapi has automatic instrumentation support from the openetlemetry-python-contrib repo and is available here https://pypi.org/project/opentelemetry-instrumentation-fastapi/
If the environment variables aren't configured, then no exporting of traces would occur as expected
