rendering issue

Hello,
I am trying to running th glxgears as a test for another GUI app I am trying to run. The error I get is root@7ec21315dce6:/gfootball# glxgears

xeyes is working. I started the container with the following command exposing the Unix 11:
docker run -it -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix:rw -e DISPLAY=unix$DISPLAY --entrypoint /bin/bash gfootball_docker_test
