JobTracker

The JobTracker picks up the operation from the JobStatusLite and inspects the jobs marked as completed in BossAir to mark them as completed in WMBS. The jobs that were moved to completed in BossAir because they are no longer listed in the batch system are marked as completed for further review by the JobAccountant, however jobs that were killed by the JobStatusLite component are marked directly as jobfailed without passing them through the accountant.

This component also looks for the FWJR pickled object for the completed jobs and stores its location in WMBS.
