Edit card

1. Add modal window to edit card name, description. Window should have Save & Close buttons.
2. On saving it should validate input and mark invalid values or close window, verify if fields changed and send command(s) to server to update modified fields.
3. On card update notification it should update corresponding fields in redux store.
