Opening external browser should switch focus #595

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's annoying (and dangerous, if you work a lot with keyboard shortcuts) to have to remember to switch to the browser window whenever something is opened there (shortcut O)
Describe the solution you'd like
Pressing O should open the PR/issue on GH on an external browser, then switch focus to it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually doing the switch, which is unreliable
Additional context
I've lost count of how many issues I accidentally almost closed/commented on because I forgot to switch to the browser.
