Allow opening of preview at bottom #594

On single, small repos, there's often a lot of empty space after the PR/Issues list.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to be able to have the preview window open at the bottom instead of the right side to make use of this empty space.

None
Additional context
This is especially relevant in situations where the terminal window is narrow, so having it vertically split between list and preview can just make things look messy.
