Add Installation instructions

We need simple instructions to install the following software on participants PC. It'd be great to have some screenshots to guide them through the process.

• Python
• Django
• VSCode
• Git (You can refer the contents from our GitHub workshop )
• Chrome/Firefox

Please keep in mind most of the participants will be using Windows, so we might need to concentrate on Windows PCs, additionally adding instructions for Linux users will be a plus too.
