Crash when breaking tile.cristallum:crystal.name with ExU2 mechanical miner

If you middle click a crystal, it will give you a crystal with the unlocalized name "tile.cristallum:crystal.name". Breaking this block with your hand causes no issue, but when breaking the block with a mechanical miner from Extra Utilities 2, it causes this crash:

Upon loading into the world again the same crash occurs, causing a crash loop that makes the world unplayable.

Having trouble reproducing this on 1.10.2-1.1.3d, what I am assuming has happened was that the crystal was spawned incorrectly.
