add non english sources + trans via goog or llm api key

• google translate is mature, and llm translation is even better, there is no reason not include sources in other languages.
• so as to save everyone from attempting to re-translate - allow automatic upload of translated version to file shares / telegram channels.

there is no plan to add support for translation for now. it is not scalable.
