feature: option for an automatic refresh interval

Hi,

it would be nice if nerdlog had a 'automatic' refresh interval that could be configured, so that one can leaf it running in a seperate terminal window mimicing a 'tail -f'.

Yeah I thought of something like this, but never really needed it in practice. Ideally it'd be implemented as actual streaming of data from the servers, but yeah a simple refresh is a good start, and 30x easier to implement.
