The process of first project release

Hi, I'm testing the use of dudestack together with the air-light template. I would like to understand the process of releasing the template for staging/production.

At this point, I have everything set up locally - what should I do to upload it to the hosting?

What do I have:

1. I have a hosting where I have configured an SSH connection.

2. I have a project on GitHub

3. I have initially configured the files: config/deploy.rb, deploy/production.rb

(I didn't do this when initing the project, I added the repo later)

Question:
What should I do now? What commands upload data to the hosting, does the database also migrate in some way? Or does it have to be done manually.
