Bitrise step doesn't fail in case of API errors #2
Description
Summary
When the Loco api throws an API error, for example due to an invalid API key or something like that. The bitrise step isn't marked as failed, but the error is written to the file instead (in case of an export)

Step doesn't fail
Expected behavior
Step is marked as failed
