Deploy a docker hub image with digitalocean_app

Hi everyone, I'm using digitalocean_app to deploy a public docker image:

      image {
        registry_type = "DOCKER_HUB"
        registry      = "docker.io"
        repository    = "royllo/explorer-web"
      }

This image is public : https://hub.docker.com/r/royllo/explorer-api/tags
but when deploying it, I get: Error creating App: POST https://api.digitalocean.com/v2/apps: 400 (request "d7085f5a-b9e7-40bb-8f4f-8b8c9f351576") Image does not exist or is private
