cli: add a --version flag to check version

It would be nice to have a `--version` flag that can just print the version/tag/git-rev of the ebpf_exporter. This helps in checking what version of the exporter is running. I know there is a collector but having to reach to observability tools for checking version of a binary installed on host is imo a pain.
