Include in page and add option to output summary file including last-modified dates etc #11
Description
Add an option to specify the location to output a summary file that describes the state of each source and the date of the last run. This can be sued to track changes and also committed during automated updates. This means the repository will keep getting updates and should avoid scheduled workflows being switched off due to there being no changes in a given repository (as per the docs).
Also embed the last-modified timestamp in the page itself.
