Partytown integration #5

Hiya,
thanks for this handy little utility, however I have a question around the Partytown component.
Upon using it I can see the tags are added to the <head> of my document, but I assume I still need to install the Partytown package npx astro add partytown right? If this is the case, maybe you could make this a little clearer in the readme? I had assumed this was a whole integration.
