Deactivated components - possible pattern

Deactivated buttons and form fields may cause confusion used "badly", and they can also result in being inaccessible if not thinking through how to present them for different accessibility technologies.

Nav, Digdir, Matttilsynet, Udir and Brønnøysundregistrene will meet (april 2025) and discuss the topic and what type of product we want to deliver (product may be "article best practice, article pattern, documentation per component, nothing, or otherwise)
