Issue with encoding

Having this generated feed, the encoding on the title is incorrect.

Now it renders Vánoce, Vánoce přicházejí, sejděme se přátelé where it should be Vánoce, Vánoce přicházejí, sejděme se přátelé .

@Damecek Hi there! I believe what's happening here is that the browser returned XML feed isn't decoded by default. But most RSS readers should parse and decode properly.

I'm seeing it decoded properly on RSS.app as well as Reeder 5.

Interesting, I've tried that with slack and it looks like you said, it is being decoded just fine.

Unfortunately this started spamming as hell. Looks like it fetches every 30 mins or so. Any chance this can be avoided? It should publish only new activity. Not sure if this is something in the Slack feed application or in the rss-anything. 🤔

It looks like it's an artifact of how Slack's RSS app works. I don't really have any control of this unfortunately.

Note: The RSS app will store a bookmark with a date of the last item retrieved from a feed. The next time the app polls for new items, it will only retrieve items with a datestamp later than the date saved in the bookmark.

Is it possible that the datestamp is not properly propagated? 🤔 and therefore when slack compares with missing datestamp it just assumes it is new item leading to publishing the same item over and over again.

Understand that this could be out of your reach, happy to close this 🙂.
