add ClientOrderId to orders/table #137

I am a trader and I want to know which way of trading/strategy is the best. So I need to differentiate the orders according to the strategy they belong to.

Add a column "clientorderid" to orders/table
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another way/workaround is to use different percentages of balance in different strategies.
