Internship introduction – zero-volume DVH fix

I’m Sahar, an MSc computer science student at UCLouvain.
I’ll contribute to dicompyler-core for my open-source internship, starting with the zero-volume DVH bug (#377).
I’ll open a small docs PR first to make sure the workflow is OK.
