Bug: Open PDF Too Slow

I’ve encountered an abnormal PDF file that causes playa to take an unacceptably long time to open.

I believe this might be a performance-related bug.

Thanks again for another interesting error case! It looks like it may be a corrupt or otherwise non-standard XRef stream, I will take a look at it shortly.

At the very least we could detect the problem (if it isn't recoverable) and go immediately to fallback xref parsing.
