Communication Instance

A Communication Instance should have these features:

• Add a Server
  • IP or Hostname with Port
  • Basic Authentication
  • Flag: Can be used for Discovery?
• Remove a Server
• Save as json
• Load from json
• Discovery Claims with server which are setup with discovery allowed (to even the load on discovery)
• Implement the api https://lbry.tech/api/sdk
