PTT when busy - ssb operation

Some using talkkonnect on raspberrypi - not all radio have a COS signal, anyway without its possible to speak on a radio where squelch is open but the talkkonnect client PTT radio when somebody is speaking on the mumble group and transmit on the mumble without anykind of VAD ;) anyway the current setup is working fine for ssb operation radiolinks using mumble/mumla client. Anyway somekind of VAD (voice activated detection) would be nice in some cases.

The client provides VOX.

$ remoteAudio client nats --help

--vox enable vox (voice activation)
--vox-holdtime duration vox hold time (default 500ms)
--vox-threshold float32 vox threshold (0...1) (default 0.1)
