How to hit a simple HTTP Get Request when change is detected

Describe the bug
As a notification on changes, i want the app to hit a standard HTTP GET Request. Currently, what i see on the app is using apprise or some other app integration.
I'm sorry i couldn't find this info in the wiki or previous issues, maybe i was searching with the wrong keywords?
Could someone please help me out.

I have removed the the template text since its not relevant in this case.

Okay i think i got an idea how this works - after checking this (https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Notify_apprise_api)
Its still not sending (as you mentioned its sending a POST) - but im able to look through the logs.

I'll post here once i am able to, so it might help others who are new to this.
