Watch for "DHL Sendungsverfolgung" (tracking numbers)?

I am currently running into issues when creating watches for DHL tracking numbers.

When I create a watch for any of my tracking numbers on the DHL tracking number website, it appears like this (missing the content of the actual tracking number):

I imagine this is some kind of anti-robot measurement. When I open the tracking number website in my normal browser (as human), I can see it just fine:

Any way to fix this in Changedetection?
