[BUG] Failure to send small BTC amounts

Describe the bug
In one wallet, sending of 2000 or 3000 sats has failed, while sending a larger amount of 4000 sats worked.

To Reproduce
In another wallet, sending of 2000 sats has worked. It is guessed that the error is based on a miscalculation which depends on the sizes of the actual utxos that are available at the time. Hence, it may not be reproducible for anyone.

As discussed before, I will take up the issue and will plan a fix using you suggestions.
