Change Navbar bg-color depending on the page

In the layout.tsx of @Protected

• get current URL path
• change the "variant" props of the Navbar component based on the URL path

variant was already: 'primary' || 'secondary', just changed the clsx to be 'bg-green-light' when 'primary'

bg-green-light is the wrong css class
