Heroku has set torrent reuploaders or URL reuploaders as a policy violating source code.Please use it at your own risk, your heroku account has a higher chance of being banned.
i had already added this in readme.😫

We have no other option i tried Okteto , The worst part of okteto is they are limiting our bandwidths
(maximum 50kb/s upload and download ) .I think okteto is only for some chatbots not for reuploaders .

The only way is to use alternatives like seedr.cc or webtor.io or google colab
