It is no longer possible to use ZipArchive with PHP devcontainer feature.
It was possible before,
There has been some form of regression

Hi @kale1d0code ,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are checking on the installation of libzip-dev & configuring ZipArchive class. I was curious that you mentioned it was available earlier. Was this available for you with a different version of php or older version of devcontainer php feature itself?
