The ChatterSpace website currently does not include a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. As a platform focused on structured conversations and real-time messaging, providing a self-service FAQ page will enhance the user experience by offering quick solutions to common concerns like account creation, password recovery, platform usage, and security.

Helps users resolve common issues without waiting.
Proposed Solution-
- Add "FAQ" link to the top navigation bar
Update the current nav items:
