No audio after suspend

After following the guide my audio doesn't work when waking up from suspend, I always have to reboot to get it working. Is that a known issue or something?

Not a known issue w.r.t. this guide. I am pretty sure the same issues would occur even before following the guide since this has to do more with the audio services not properly reinitializing, fedora has a poor time with suspend.
As a fix you can try to disable audio optimizations using powertop and see if that fixes it.
