This is actually not a bad idea, but -- to give your request more credence, it might have been interesting to know what your particular use-case is. Can you provide some examples of how this would be useful?

This request is propably related to providing custom command-prompt initialization options, or selecting which command shell is launched via the "Open Command Prompt" toolbar button.

I'm not the developer of Explorer++, but I can see some value in your request.
